example summary
One spider or wasp on its own usually isn't. But one ant, roach, or mouse almost always means more behind the wall — those species don't travel solo. Send us a photo and we'll tell you straight whether you have a problem or just a one-off.
Yes. Mice, spiders, and stored-product pests are mostly indoor problems in winter, and treatment is targeted to interior cracks, voids, and harborage.
Yes. We use IPM (Integrated Pest Management): the lowest-toxicity product that solves the issue, applied precisely (not broadcast-sprayed), and dry within 30–60 minutes.
For exterior treatments, no. For interior service, you can stay — most homeowners do. We'll let you know which rooms to avoid for the dry-time window.
Most active issues drop within 7–14 days. Some (German roaches, established ant colonies, rodents) can take 2–4 weeks. We schedule a follow-up sized to the pest, and the warranty covers re-treatment between visits at no charge.
We don't currently offer bed bug or termite treatments — those need specialty equipment and ongoing thermal/inspection programs. Call us anyway and we'll point you to a Front Range company we trust for those.
Send a photo. We'll ID it and tell you if it's worth treating.
