No. Our recurring plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. We'd rather earn your business every quarter than trap you in a 24-month commitment.
If a targeted pest comes back between your scheduled visits, we come back at no additional charge. Usually within 2 business days. That's the whole warranty — no fine print about "approved pests" or per-visit surcharges.
Initial service is typically $125–$225 depending on property size and pest pressure. Recurring quarterly plans start around $89. We quote every property individually — no templates, no upsell scripts.

Bed bugs and termites require specialized equipment and permits we don't carry — if you have either, we'll refer you to a trusted specialist. Wildlife (raccoons, skunks, squirrels) is handled separately under Colorado DOW rules; same deal, we'll point you to the right person.
